Very good very well balanced recipes
I have made several items from this book and have loved every thing. It is all easy and very tasty. Current favorites are overnight French bread, the easiest and most delicious bread you could make, and saffron olive oil cookies with an orange glaze the most beautiful combo of saffron and orange. The main dishes are filling, easy, and delicious. I love how other recipes for various ingredients are linked in the list of the recipe you are currently working. For example, when making espresso chili the other day (so delicious!) the recipe for fresh homemade chili powder was linked into the ingredient list for the chili, brilliant.
